Katelynn Bookout is a litigator whose practice focuses on employment law, civil litigation, and commercial disputes. She represents employees, individuals, and businesses in a wide range of matters, providing practical guidance and effective advocacy throughout the litigation process.

Employment-related claims, workplace disputes, and other civil litigation matters make up a significant portion of her practice. She also represents clients in commercial disputes and works closely with individuals and businesses to identify strategic solutions that protect their interests and advance their goals.

Known for her thoughtful advocacy and client-centered approach, she is committed to helping clients navigate challenging legal issues with confidence and clarity.

A graduate of the University of Arkansas Honors Program, she earned bachelor's degrees in English and Advertising-Public Relations before obtaining her Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law. She remains active in the legal community through the Arkansas Bar Association, Washington County Bar Association, and the B. Putnam Inns of Court.

Outside of her practice, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, baking, and mentoring college students through Fellowship Bible Church's college ministry.
