Associate

Kate Hill is a family law attorney whose practice focuses on domestic relations, child custody, divorce, guardianships, and other family-related matters. She is committed to helping individuals and families navigate difficult transitions with practical guidance, compassionate counsel, and strong advocacy.

Kate joined Miller | Butler in 2023 after previously working with the firm as a law clerk. She represents clients from the firm's Rogers office and works closely with individuals and families to find effective solutions both in and out of the courtroom.

During law school, Kate clerked for multiple full-service law firms and a federal district judge, gaining valuable experience in litigation and legal research. She was a staff editor and member of the nationally recognized Journal of Food Law & Policy and served as a Rule XV student attorney in the University of Arkansas School of Law's Civil Litigation Clinic.

Kate is also a certified Attorney Ad Litem, allowing her to serve children and families in matters where independent representation of a child's best interests is needed.

Kate earned both her Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas. Outside of her practice, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking her rescue dog Nikki on long walks, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.
