
Jenna Fogleman Saifi is a business and real estate attorney who advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate transactions, 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, corporate governance, and complex contract matters across Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas.
Jenna represents business owners, investors, developers, and entrepreneurs in the purchase, sale, and growth of businesses, guiding clients through every stage of a transaction, from structuring and due diligence to negotiation, closing, and post-closing integration. Her mergers and acquisitions practice includes stock purchases, asset acquisitions, business succession transactions, and strategic ownership transitions for closely held companies across a variety of industries.
In her commercial real estate practice, Jenna counsels clients on acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, leasing, financing matters, and 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. She regularly assists clients in navigating title, due diligence, and transactional issues to efficiently close complex real estate deals and achieve their business objectives.
Jenna is recognized as a Mid-South Super Lawyers Rising Star and was named a Northwest Arkansas Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree. She is an active leader in the legal and nonprofit communities, having served as President of the Benton County Bar Association and in leadership roles with Make-A-Wish Mid-South.
