Kristin Pawlik Selected As "Rising Star" by National Publication

Super Lawyers Magazine, a rating service of outstanding lawyers, selected Kristin Pawlik, as a “Rising Star” for the Super Lawyers list, for the second time.

Super Lawyers, which rates attorneys from more than 70 practice areas, selects attorneys using a patented multiphase selection process, according to the Super Lawyers website. Peer nominations and evaluations are combined with third party research. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement.

Pawlik is a partner at Miller, Butler, Schneider, Pawlik, & Rozzell, PLLC, and concentrates her practice in the areas of domestic relations, family law, criminal defense and employment law, according to the Miller Butler website. Pawlik is also a member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association and the Arkansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. She was elected to the Arkansas Bar Association’s House of Delegates.

Selections are made on an annual, state-by-state basis and the recognition of “Super Lawyer” is given to no more than five percent of the lawyers in the state, according to the Super Lawyers website.

Super Lawyers Magazine is published in all 50 states and reaches more than 13 million readers, according to the Super Lawyers website. In 2013, the Super Lawyers selection process received a patent from The United States Patent and Trademark Office, according to their website.This distinction is relevant to both attorneys and consumers, as it further demonstrates credibility as an impartial third-party rating system.
