Pharmacy Errors

There is a shortage of properly trained pharmacists at this time. Unfortunately, this means that some pharmacists are pressured to work longer hours and process more prescriptions than in the past. This situation can lead to disastrous results if a prescription is incorrectly filled. Perhaps the medicine itself is wrong, or perhaps the dosage is incorrect. Either way, the effect can render the drugs either ineffective or lethal.
