Katelyn “Katie” Eaves, of Northwest Arkansas law firm Keith, Miller, Butler, Schneider & Pawlik (K.M.B.S.P), with locations in Rogers and Fayetteville, has been appointed to the Bentonville Library Foundation Board of Directors and the Circle of Life Foundation Board of Directors.
The Circle of Life Foundation is the non-profit arm of Circle of Life hospice serving residents of Northwest Arkansas in Benton, Washington, Carroll and Madison counties. The Bentonville Library Foundation supports the ever-increasing need for library services through funding for books, equipment, technology, programs and library operations at the Bentonville Public Library.
Eaves focuses her practice in tax law including: estate and wealth planning, elder law, corporate transactions, tax litigation, asset protection, nonprofits and business law. She has extensive experience in real estate transactions, estate planning, tax liability issues, trusts, wills and power of attorneys and more.
Eaves obtained her her Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas School of Law, graduating with cum laude honors, and her LL.M (Master of Laws) in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin School of Law. Eaves is affiliated with the Arkansas Bar Association. She began practicing at K.M.B.S.P in 2014.
