Super Lawyers Magazine, a rating service of outstanding lawyers, selected Mason Boling, of Northwest Arkansas law firm Keith, Miller, Butler, Schneider & Pawlik (K.M.B.S.P.), with locations in Rogers and Fayetteville, as a “Rising Star” for the Super Lawyers list.
Boling focuses his practice primarily on drug & device injury, civil and criminal appeals, and civil rights. He is a member of K.M.B.S.P.’s mass torts team and is the firm’s principal appellate counsel, handling appeals on a variety of issues in both state and federal courts. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2014 and achieved the highest score on the 2014 Arkansas bar examination out of nearly 200 examinees. He is a member of the Benton County Bar Association, the Arkansas Bar Association and the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association.
Super Lawyers selects attorneys using a patented multiphase selection process, according to their website. Peer nominations and evaluations are combined with third party research. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Selections are made on an annual, region-by-region basis. No more than five percent of attorneys in each region are selected for the list.
The Super Lawyers lists are published nationwide in issues of Super Lawyers Magazine and in leading city and regional magazines and newspapers across the country. Super Lawyers Magazine features editorial profiles of attorneys who embody excellence in the practice of law.
K.M.B.S.P congratulates Boling for his dedication and the well-deserved recognition.
