Mary Schneider Featured As Speaker
Mary M. White Schneider, a partner, will being speaking at the Fall Mediation CLE/CME Seminar presented by the Northwest ARK Mediation Project on Dec. 4, 2009 at the U of A Law School. Ms. Schneider’s topic will be “Salient Issues in domestic relations mediations.” Mary has been a certified mediator since 2003. She frequently conducts mediations both from clients who are going through a divorce and prefer to settle matters without going to court and when Judges require the parties to mediate their issues prior to coming to court. Frequently, Judges order the parties to go to mediation with Ms. Schneider if there is an issue of gets custody of the children. Because of her extended experience in this field and as a leader with the Arkansas Bar Association's Alternative Dispute Committee, she is often requested to make presentations on mediation.
