Kyle T. Unser

Kyle T. Unser was born in Ohio and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas where he graduated from Little Rock Catholic High School for Boys.  He received his bachelors in science from the University of Arkansas in Accounting and Finance.  Thereafter, Kyle received his Juris Doctrate from the University of Arkansas School of law.  He currently resides in Fayetteville with his wife Kelly, a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the Fourth Judicial District.While in law school, Kyle worked as a law clerk for the Benton County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office and for a private practice in Fayetteville.  Kyle was also active in the University of Arkansas Legal Clinic, the Innocence Project, and traveling moot court competitions.  He received individual oralist honors at the National First Amendment Competition at Vanderbilt University.  Kyle joined the firm in October of 2009 after practicing in Fayetteville for the last two years.  Kyle’s practice will focus on civil litigation, construction law, commercial transactions, banking, and real estate.
