Austin Oyler focuses his practice in the areas of business law, residential real estate and commercial real estate including the transactions and litigation related thereto. His experience includes representation of landlords, tenants, developers, contractors and property managers. His business law practice also involves advising clients in structure and organization and drafting and negotiating corporate documents. Austin was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. He graduated from Western Kentucky University, Magna Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
