Clerking and Recruitment
Under the direction of an attorney, Keith, Miller, Butler, Schneider & Pawlik law clerks have the opportunity to help resolve a variety of legal issues in all practice areas. Law clerks will conduct research and analyze law sources such as statutes, case law, legal articles and treaties to prepare rough drafts of briefs and other legal documents such as pleadings, motions, appeals, wills and contracts. Opportunities exist for close collaboration with attorneys, helping with depositions, sitting in on client meetings and attending court with attorneys. Law clerks will also receive training in case management software and law practice management techniques.
