     Keith, Miller, Butler, Schneider & Pawlik, PLLC, is unique in its ability to provide comprehensive high quality legal services normally associated with larger firms, and in a timely, more cost effective manner. We are also unique because of the wide variety of cases that we handle.

We have both transactional attorneys dealing in high end mergers and acquisitions along with litigators who represent clients in a number of areas in the courtroom.

Clerking and Recruitment

Under the direction of an attorney, Keith, Miller, Butler, Schneider & Pawlik law clerks have the opportunity to help resolve a variety of legal issues in all practice areas. Law clerks will conduct research and analyze law sources such as statutes, case law, legal articles and treaties to prepare rough drafts of briefs and other legal documents such as pleadings, motions, appeals, wills and contracts. Opportunities exist for close collaboration with attorneys, helping with depositions, sitting in on client meetings and attending court with attorneys. Law clerks will also receive training in case management software and law practice management techniques.
